RETURNS:

There will be no returns on inflated balloons and balloon bouquets. Balloons may be returned within 30 days of purchase providing they are in the original packaging and are un-opened, or show no signs of inflation for balloons that do not come packaged. Special order balloons which require a deposit (applies to large orders, typically 30-50% of your total depending on order), the deposit shall not be returned only the difference between the deposit and total cost. No shipping fees will be refunded.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Every effort is made to ship most orders within 1-2 days. This is not always possible during busy seasons (June, July)(Sept. - Dec.). During our busy seasons, it may take 3-4 business days to process some orders. If you need to receive an order by a certain date, email first to ensure we can accommodate your request. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or holidays. Please Ensure if you are ordering for your wedding, to give yourself lots of time,rush orders will be charged any additonal shipping fees that may occur to get your products in time.

US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Due to customs, please allow adequate time for your parcel to arrive, Just Balloons has no control over US border customs. If you need your item expedited the fastest way, please call us and arrange for a different form of shipping, the customer will be responsible for any charges associated with expedited shipping. WE DO NOT TIME GUARENTEE ANY ITEMS THAT GO THROUGH CUSTOMS so please make sure you order in advance.

CATALOG: We do not offer a printed catalogue at this time.

BUSINESS HOURS (Online only):

Are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5 pm. If you call and reach our voice mail it means we are assisting other customers. Leave a message (with area code, phone number) so we may return your call.

If you require a last minute bouquet, please call and we would be happy to help you. If you require assistance for your wedding order, please call or email and we will be happy to set up an appointment where we can go over things with you.

PRICING/TYPE ERRORS:

We make every effort to keep prices current and up-to-date. We reserve the right to charge prevailing rates at the time of shipment. We also reserve the right to make corrections to published rates due to keying/typing errors on our part and product description errors. This applies to all prices published and product descriptions on our web site, in email flyers, and any other published material received from our company.

There are occasions when a customer is unable to access our web site and needs to place an order by phone. If your order is taken by phone, sent by email or fax, the following terms apply:

Customer takes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for phone and email orders. We make every effort to fulfill phone orders and email orders based on the information received. However, we take no responsibility for miscommunication about items ordered by phone, or by email. If you have concerns about this policy, we suggest ordering online through our secure shopping cart. A shopping cart print-out assures we have valid item numbers and product descriptions. We cannot offer exchanges, compensation, or returns on any incorrect product received if you did not submit your order via our online shopping cart.

When placing an order by phone, email or fax, it is understood that you have acknowledged your acceptance and agreement to all terms/conditions of sale as posted by Just-Balloons.com

BACKORDERED MERCHANDISE:

Some of our items are ordered on a customer need basis, and we order directly from our supplier, this ensures less damage to items and fresh products, if something is on back order, or if you order an item that is marked as pre-order merchandise, we will hold your order until everything is available and will ship it to you at one time. You will receive e-mail if an item you ordered is out of stock.

We make every effort to keep our web site updated. However prices may change without notice and we reserve the right to adjust prices when applicable.
