If your in the Fredericton area you can arrange to pick up your order!
All Canadian orders will be charged a rate of $10.95.
All US order will be charged a rate of $19.95
Due to the bulkiness of some of our items, shipping costs may greatly exceed the amount listed above. In these rare cases you will be contacted with the exact shipping rates before we process the order.
We No longer ship Pinatas due the large size and increased shipping costs.

Delivery: $4.00 Burton and Oromocto only!
Delivery: $7.00 Fredericton Hospital.
Delivery to Fredericton will be based on your order total, which will be calculated on check-out.
If you order a small item (Example A pack of balloons)that can be sent via reg mail, we will notify you and give you the option, and the difference in shippping will be refunded back to you! We will not re responsible for damage caused by shipping this method, if you chose to go with regular mail!
Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be applicable.
US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Due to customs, please allow adequate time for your parcel to arrive, Just Balloons has no control over US border customs. If you need your item expedited the fastest way, please call us and arrange for a different form of shipping, the customer will be responsible for any charges associated with expedited shipping.
Due to high temperatures between May 1 - Sept 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method. Orders with candles may be delayed up to 5 business days. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns.
Be sure to select the correct shipping mehtod on check-out to ensure your order goes through quickly.
CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
*IMPORTANT
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles,inflated balloons etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.
NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
